Shipping policy

Jublipower aims to ship at least 95% of orders within 5 business days.
The maximum delivery time may be up to 14 business days from the order date.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
If an order is not received within 14 business days, please contact our support team.
Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
