Refund policy

  • All products are covered by a customer satisfaction guarantee.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery via email.
  • After approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable if delivered in good condition.
  • Upon approval, up to 65% of the order value will be refunded.
  • In the case of defective products, PioneerMart reserves the right to replace the item or issue a full refund.
