Refund policy
- All products are covered by a customer satisfaction guarantee.
- Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery via email.
- After approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable if delivered in good condition.
- Upon approval, up to 65% of the order value will be refunded.
- In the case of defective products, PioneerMart reserves the right to replace the item or issue a full refund.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
